After the great success of the 1st show in 2016 Hitzinger UK are once again supporting this great event with our impressive S-Power 90kVA Fixed Ground Power Unit. The S-Power HITZINGER 400Hz static converter provides optimised voltage quality and superior security of supply using an innovative design concept that provides a ‘plug and play’ design. Using multiple power stacks to meet the required demand, our S-Power 400Hz static converter can support a power range from 45-225kVA via a single unit. This innovative design has made us the preferred choice for many aircraft manufacturers, contractors and airport operators, looking to mitigate lengthy downtime and meet the highest availability to ensure business continuity. The de-centralised module is a fixed solution to locate alongside the apron and features a steel base pedestal fixed directly onto the floor. In 2012, Hitzinger was awarded the Red Dot Design Award, providing the lowest MTTR of any 400Hz Static Converter and uses an ironless technology to provide a compact design. The S-Power unit further takes advantage of the patented ACON control panel, which features on all our new Diesel Driven GPU’s providing a common interface across the entire range of 400Hz power supplies.
